Potato Wedges | Gluten Free | Breakfast Recipe

Potato wedges are the most popular snack across the board. Potato wedges make an excellent appetizer or snack and are simple to prepare. They are delicious, crunchy, flavourful, and crisp, with a spice coating.

These spicy crispy potato wedges are excellent on their own, but they also pair well with sauce or ketchup.

Ingredients:
  • Potato – 2 Big Size
  • Refined Flour or Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Tsp
  • Oregano – 1 Tsp
  • Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Oil – For Frying
Method:
  1. Wash the potato and cut it into wedges
  2. Let them rest for 15-20 minutes in water
  3. Boiled it for five minutes in water
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp refined flour or corn flour
  5. Add 1 tsp salt, oregano, chili powder, water and make a tasty slurry
  6. Combine a half-cooked potato wedge and a slurry
  7. Fry them now and remove them when they are crispy
  8. Serve with sauces.
