• We have built a team of mentors who are qualified experts in the field of nutrition. The high number of years of experience that we hold as a team makes the mentoring process that much richer and helps our clients achieve their health goals.
• Our programs are aimed at delivering small but sustainable changes in our habits there delivering long-term results.
• Our diets allow you to enjoy your “Ghar Ka Khana” and not force you to change your eating habits just to suit the diet.
• We also educate you about food and other health concepts thereby enabling you to take charge of your health.
• All our diet plans are customised and tailor-made to suit your habits and preferences. They are built after a thorough counselling session to understand your week ahead.
How can I book a session with you?
We accept booking through multiple online platforms & offline modes or alternatively you can just call us on our contact number 998747444 to book a session. All our diet counselling sessions are pre-booked, i.e., the payment needs to be done before the consultation. This is important to ensure that we are able to block your preferred slot on our platform.
What are the key focus area for the diet programs from Balcal Nutrefy?
Each program will have a specific objective defined basis the individual goals discussed during the 1st consultation session. All the programs are focussed on delivering nutritionally balanced, easy-to-follow and sustainable diets.
What should I expect in your weight loss program?
We look at weight loss as a holistic approach wherein we need to lose not just your weight in kilos but also lose your body fat while building lean muscle mass. We do not prescribe any powders or pills or any appetite suppressants or meal replacement options to deliver quick fixes to your weight loss problem. We also educate and enable to maintain your lost weight even when you are off our program.
What all can I expect while on a program with Balcal Nutrefy?
All our programs are designed to help you achieve your desired health objectives. A diet plan is shared with you after every consultation detailing the changes in the food for the upcoming week/period. We also suggest changes in your exercise regime, whenever required. The program enables you to have a mentor to take your through this journey. We connect with you over an audio call for your follow-up sessions. We also provide chat support to help resolve your queries. You will have access to our content library on the app which includes concept videos, healthy recipes and much more.
