Ingredients:
  • Tomato – 1 Medium sized (100 gms), cut
  • Carrot – 1 Medium sized (100 gms), cut
  • Pumpkin – 1 Piece (100 gms), cut

  • Rock Salt – As per taste

  1. Thoroughly wash all the veggies along with other ingredients and add them to the blender.
  2. Grind and make a fine paste.
  3. Add 1 cup of water to dilute it. Do not strain. Add salt, lime & pepper powder as per taste
