Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1 Cup (100 gm)
- Potato – 2 Medium (100 gm)
- Onion – 1 Finely chopped
- Tomato – 2 Finely chopped
- Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
- Amchur Powder – 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala – 1Tsp
- Cumin & Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
- Kasturi methi – 1 Tsp
- Haldi powder – ½ Tsp
- Red Chilli powder – ½ Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for Garnishing
Method:
- Wash the potato & cauliflower.
- Parboil potato & cauliflower
- Peel the potato & dice it
- Heat a pan & add the finely chopped onion and stir for 2 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes & cook for 3 mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste & cook for 1 to 2 mins.
- Now add all the powders (haldi, chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, etc.)
- Add the parboiled potato & cauliflower, stir well
- Add garam masala, kasuri methi & salt to taste, cover the pan & let it cook for 3 to 5 mins
- Garnish with coriander & serve hot with rotis.
